International Transdisciplinarity Net - A network of Transdisciplinarity Laboratories (TdLabs) on teaching and practicing transdisciplinary research

Our aim is to foster existing and initiate new boundary organizations between science and society. To this end, we share knowledge and experiences, organize meetings and workshops, write jointly scientific articles and initiate joint research projects.

Our programme is of true interdisciplinary nature, integrating knowledge from different disciplines, systems, interests and modes of thought with a set of specifically designed and internationally recognised methods. Going well beyond everyday research activities, we follow a transdisciplinary approach integrating practice and research from the very beginning. As such, we contribute to closer relations between science and practice, assisting transitions process towards sustainable development.
